He is survived by
one daughter Brenda (Mike) Meadows of Ona, WV;
two cousins Patsy and Dale Jones of Huntington, WV and Ed and Chris Watson of Ona, WV.
Mr. Biggs graduated from Huntington High School in 1949 and went onto Marshall College to receive a Masters Degree in music in 1953. He played the piano in a couple of gospel quartets-"Chesapeake Four" and "Crystal Four" from Ohio. He served as a band director in Lincoln County, WV and Gallia County, Ohio. He served as a school teacher for different ages in Lawrence County, Ohio. He taught piano at Becker Music in Huntington for many years. He also gave piano lessons to several students once a week in Wayne, WV. He has lived the last ten years at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation, Huntington, WV., where he had several dear friends.
