Russell Lex Carlton, 64, of Lincoln died April 9, 2005, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
He was born June 6, 1940, at Parthenon, Arkansas, the son Sam Wallace and Ida Lou Wendike Carlton.
Russell was a member of the Bethany Free Holiness Church of Westville, Okla. He graduated from Lincoln High School. He was also veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he was an Aircraft Mechanic. He also worked for Standard Register for 17 years and then operated a lawn care service in the area.
Survivors include his wife, P.G.C. of the home; two sons, Dr. J.C. of Siloam Springs and B.C. of Lincoln; three brothers, H.C. of Tulsa, Okla., V.J.C. of Tulsa, Okla., and D.C. of Stilwell, Okla.; two sisters, C.P. of Webbers Falls, Okla., and M.F. of Stilwell, Okla.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 2:00 P. M. at the Bethany Free Holiness Church in Westville, Okla., with Bro. Jeff Wilcher, Bro. Dan Roberts and Bro. Richard Hubbard officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery near Morrow.
