Betty was not married and was childless. Predeceased by her parents Joseph Moorehouse and Mildred Miller. She was raised by the Catholic nuns of Philadelphia, later worked for Mrs. Pauls (20 yrs) where she served as women shop steward and on the quality control staff and later Mrs. Smith Foods (10 yrs). She retired in 1982. Survived by godson of Bernie and friend David C. Betty suffered a stroke which left her partially paralyzed and unable to care for herself. She spent the last few years of her life in Camden County Health Center (Lakeland Hospital) in Blackwood, NJ. She loved her cigarettes, coffee, and crossword puzzles. Buried near her friends the DiPerzios.
