Married Ida Beachler Feb. 15, 1908, Frontier, Wyo. She died June 29, 1962. Coal miner in Castle Gate, Carbon County, area. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors: son, daughters, Mrs. Joe J. (Dorothy) Milano, Mrs. Laura Tilt, Mrs. Ida Smith, Herbert S., all Salt Lake City; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Annie Jones, Dragerton, Carbon County. Funeral Wednesday noon, 36 E 7th South, where friends call Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday prior to services. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
