She was of the Christian Science Church. Patricia was a veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II. She had worked as a clerk for the Jefferson-Samples-Dexter Water Users Association and also had worked as a Postal Clerk at the Redfield Post Office. Patricia was an active member of the Sheridan Chapter 212 Order of The Eastern Star of Arkansas and a volunteer for the Jefferson County Republican Party.
