Alice Mae (Agar) Schwarz was born February 26, 1901 in Sibley to Albert H. Agar and Lena V. (Drumm) Agar. She grew up near Sibley and was married to Edward T. Schwarz on June 26, 1920 in Sibley. They lived in Sheldon until 1934 when they moved to Sibley. They lived in town for two years and then moved to the farm north of Sibley where she lived until her death. She died on May 11, 1973 at the age of 72. She is survived by her husband, Edward; one son, Harold of Zion, IL; two grandchildren, Cheryl and Russell Schwarz, and one great grandchild, David.
