Daniel J. Bither, 55, of Boise, passed away December 10, 2011 at home. He was the fourth of six children of Claudine and Preston Bither.
Our beloved Danny was born on June 2, 1956 in Redwood City, California. He moved with his family to Boise in 1963 and attended St. Joseph's School through eighth grade. He then went to North Junior High and graduated from Boise High in 1974.
His college years spanned from University of Idaho, Boise State University, and San Francisco State where he also spent ten years living in San Francisco. He moved back to Boise to be with family in 1988, finished college and began working for the Boise School District. He received his Master's degree in Education in 2005 from Boise State University. He was presently teaching at Frank Church High School.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his five siblings, Rick (Margrit), Mary (Harold), Larry (Candy), Claudia (Jim), and Jack (Paula). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, who were the absolute love of his life, Ben, Nick, Nora, Kristina, Veronica, Brian, Tyler, Jessica and great-niece, Baby Lia.
Our Danny was the light of all of our lives. Everything was better when he was with us. We love you "Uncle Danny"! GO GIANTS!
A Memorial Service is planned to honor Danny's life on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at MGT Legacy Church, 1507 N. Meridian Road. Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian.
