John W. Abbuhl
John W. Abbuhl, 88, of 343 N. Broadway, New Philadelphia, where he resided 4 years, died this morning in Valley Manor Pavilion following a short ill- in Berne, Switzerland, ness. Born he came to Tuscarawas County at the age of 4 and resided in New Philadelphia 41 years. He was a retired press operator for the former Belmont Stamping and Enameling Works. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of New Philadelphia and of the Men's Brotherhood Class. His wife, Linnie Baldwin Abbuhl, died in 1958. He is survived by 3 sons, Ed W. and David B f of New Philadelphia and Nial T. of Grosse He, Mich.; 7 ,granichildren and 8 great- grandchildren. A son, a brother and a sister ^preceded 'him in death. Services will be Monay at 11 in Linn - Hert - Geib Funeral Home with Rev. Oliver Davis, officiating. Interment will be in Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
