Caroline EAGLEBARGER, 88, formerly of 108 N. Maple St., Argos, died at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth.
She was born Nov. 3, 1896 in Marshall County to David and Laura McCLANHAN LOLMAUGH. She was married Jan. 14, 1975 in Plymouth to Joe EAGLEBARGER, who died Feb. 2, 1979. Mrs. Eaglebarger was a lifetime Argos area resident. She was a former cook at Harvey's Restaurant, Argos. She was a member of the Argos Congregational Christian Church and its Missionary Society.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Herschel (Josephine) TOWNS, Plymouth, and Mrs. H.B. (Martha Jane) WILLIAMS, Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Lucy STEINS, Sacramento, Calif.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, with the Rev. Charles BLOOMER officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
