KINNELON -- A private funeral was held Saturday for Miss Mared Malarik, 19, of 16 Brush Hill Terr., whose body was found Thursday, April 16, in Morgantown, W. Va.
Miss Malarik was a student at the University of West Virginia. She was a graduate of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic School, Butler, and De Paul High School, Wayne.
A memorial mass will be offered Saturday at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Magnificat Roman Catholic Church.
Miss Malarik is survived by her parents Dr. and Mrs. Edward Malarik; brother Edward Malarik, Jr.; and sisters Miss Ann Malarik and Mrs. Richard (Margo) Werner.
