Cause of death: hit by train while crossing tracks
"A sad accident occurred on the B. and O.S.-W. tracks near the east end crossing Friday morning when Miss Pamelia Blaisdell was struck by passenger train No. 1 sustaining injuries from which she died that evening. She was going from Wolf's grocery to her home on High Street and attempted to cross the track ahead of the train which was running at a high rate of speed. Miss Blaisdell was sixty-six years old and had lived in Dearborn County all her life. The funeral was held Monday morning at the Baptist Church."
