Longview - Services for William "Bill" Gleaton, 85, of Kilgore, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Forest Home Baptist Church, 15746 CR 173 N., in Kilgore, with Bro. Mark Fried officiating. Arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. Mr. Gleaton passed away April 7, 2013, in Longview. Born January 4, 1928, in St. Petersburg, Florida, he was a wonderful husband, daddy and grandpa. Bill was a lover of music and people. Survivors include his wife, Kerna Ruth Gleaton; son, Steven Gleaton and wife, Carla; daughter, Shirley Anderson and husband, Larry; brother, Gene Gleaton; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nita Gleaton; and granddaughter, Marla J. Anderson.
