Alice was the daughter of Thomas Beauchamp and Katherine de Mortimer, Countess of Warwick DeMortimer, the granddaughter of Guy de Beauchamp and Alice de Toeni, Roger de Mortimer and Joan de Geneville.

Alice was the wife of John de Beauchamp 1329-1361, the son of Baron John de Beauchamp III and Margaret Saint John, the grandson of John de Beauchamp II and Joan Chenduit, John de Saint John and Isabell de Courtenay. Their daughter, Marguerite, married Sir Giles de Daubeney.

Secondly, she was the wife of Sir William Gournay.
