He married Mary H. Poe and lived in Franklin County, Tn and had, at least seven children, six of which survived until adulthood and one who died within the first five years. They were:
Edward Bevill 1824 –
Lewis Bevill 1825 – 1870
Baby girl Beville 1825 – This child died young
John H Bevill 1828 – 1906
William Bevill 1830 – 1860
Andrew Jackson Beville 1832 – 1886
Henry David Beville 1838 – 1911
I am sure his grave must be in Franklin County but either has not been discovered, was not marked or time has done it's job and it is no longer readable.
