Kenneth Wayne Pack, 58 of 150 Bridge St. Hinton died Saturday February 19, 2011 at his home as the result of a house fire.

Born December 5, 1952 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Johnny and Cornelia Mann Pack.

He was a former clerk for the C&O Railway Company in Hinton and was a former employee of the Virginia Electric Power Company. He was a graduate of Hinton High School and was a lifelong resident of Hinton.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Naticia Gore. Also preceded by two brothers, John and Richard Pack. Three sisters, Gloria Ford, Christine Pack and Laureen Pack.

Survivors include a son, Kevin Gross of Hinton. Three daughters, LaKonda Gore and Michelle and Leslie Gross, all of Hinton. Two brothers, Harold Edward Pack of Hinton and William Pack & wife Teresa of Lewisburg. Two sisters, Maureen Pack and Juanita McCray, both of Hinton. Twelve grandchildren also survive.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 26, 2011 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Rev. Williams Catus officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Esquire Cemetery in Hinton.
