Gloria Ford, 51 of 214 3rd Ave. Hinton, died Tuesday December 20, 2005 at her home following a sudden illness.

Born November 3, 1954 in Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Cornelia Mann Pack.

Gloria was a member of Camon Baptist Church in Hinton and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Ford. One brother, John Pack. Two sisters, Christine & Laureen Pack. One granddaughter, Kalisha Ford.

Survivors include companion, James Dotson of Hinton. One son, Jemar & wife Stephanie Ford of Alabama. Two daughters, Stephanie & husband Mike James of Beckley, and Autumn & husband Tony Price of Hinton. Four brothers, Bill & wife Teresa Pack of Lewisburg, Richard Pack of Detroit, MI, Kenneth Pack and Eddie Pack, both of Hinton. Two sisters, Juanita McCray and Maureen Fullen, both of Hinton. Four grandchildren, Tre' and Antonio Ford, Kabrea and Meisha James.

Homegoing celebration will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday December 27, 2005 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton with Rev.'s Earl Jackson & John Burnett officiating. Burial will follow in Esquire Cemetery near Hinton. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
