1st husband was Matthew James Cleary. They married 26 December, 1917 in Carthage, Jasper, Missouri.

2nd husband was Franklin LeRoy Stickel. They were married October 16, 1923 in Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri.

Thurs., 31 May 1951 – Tulsa Tribune, Tulsa OK - Tulsan's Sister Dies In Missouri. Mrs. Ira [sic] B. STICKEL, about 62, former Tulsa hotel manager, and sister of Mrs. James H. MLLER, 1703 S. Gary av., died today at her home in Kansas City after a long illness. Mrs. STICKEL managed the old Robinson hotel here before moving to Kansas City about 40 years ago. There, she was a musician for a music store and later directed an all-girl orchestra during a long appearance at the Muehlbach hotel. She played the piano and saxophone. A native of Missouri, she came to Tulsa when the city's hub was around the old Robinson, now an office building at Third and Main street. Also surviving are her husband, Le Roy, and two other sisters, Mrs. D. C. BRYANT, Collins, Mo., and Miss Emma MILLER, Kansas City. Her body will be brought to Tulsa for funeral services under direction of the Guardian Funeral home.
