Zelma was born February 22, 1911, in Hinckley, Utah, the daughter of Charles and Lydia Ruth Talbot Theobald. She married Weldo Walker Watts on July 2, 1928, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 7, 1957. Weldo preceded her in death on January 30, 1984. Zelma is survived by two sons and one daughter: Ronald W. Watts, Salt Lake City, Utah; Gary D. Watts, St. George, Utah; Debra Ann Watts Davies, Houston, Texas; 14 grandchildren 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Stevenson, Salt Lake City, and Melva Harriell, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Burial was September 23, 1996.
