Gibbs's Company E (New), 2nd California Infantry, by Captain Jackson November 15, 1864. Private Albert was discharged, with his company, at Presidio of San Francisco, May 10, 1866.
Died from the Injuries. John Albert the patient at the County Hospital who attempted suicide last Sunday by slabbing himself with a knife, died about noon yesterday from the injuries.
