Arvella Hansen Robbins, 93, passed away at her son's home surrounded by loved ones on February 10, 1997. Arvella was born January 28, 1904, in Emery, Utah, to Carrie MAtilda Williams Hansen and Niels Christian Hansen. She was the oldest of eight children, five who preceded her in death: Thressa (Howard) Ricks, Salt Lake; Jenial (Clyde) Mortensen, Emery; Thelma (Leo) Olsen, Bountiful; Donald (Wanda) Hansen, Inglewood, CA; Clive (Mable) Hansen, Salt Lake. She married Harvey J. Robbins April 19, 1929, in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death October 1965. She is survived by two brothers: Virgil Hansen, Springville; Glendon W. Hansen, Ogden; three daughters and one son: Maxine (Leo) Conk, Bountiful; Jenine (Marvin) Cox, Springville; Donna (Earl) Higbee, Sandy; William (Loretta) Robbins, Salt Lake; 18 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren. Burial was February 15, 1997.
