Be it remembered that one this 22nd day of December 1821 personally appeared before me Henry W Heth clerk of the Harrison Michael Sappenfield Junr and made oath that he heard Daniel Sears father fo Lucinda Sears who is about to intermarry with James Harmon give his consent for his said daughter Lucinda Sears to intermarry with the said James Harmon and that one the parties usually resides in this county and that he the said Michael Sappenfield knows of no lawful reason why the said James Harmon and Lucinda Sears should not be married & further this deponant sayeth not
