Jesse Seddon, Jr. of Providence, passed away at age 92 on October 27, 2011 at Philip Hulitar Home & Hospice Center in Providence. Jesse was the beloved husband of the late Mary (McCabe) Seddon.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Jesse and Charlotte (Crossley) Seddon. Mr.Seddon was a World War II Army veteran. He was the father of Stephen Seddon, and father-in-law of Ann Marie Testa of Chicago. He was the brother of Gertrude Barbery of Providence, and Ruth Santoro of Norton, Massachusetts, brother of the late John and Raymond Seddon and Mildred O'Donnell. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and great great nephews and nieces, all of whom he loved very much.
His funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. from The Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home 331 Smith St., Providence, with a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m..
Interment with military honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
