William 'Billy' Byrge was the son of Jasper Byrge and Louise Ward of Tennessee.

He was married to Linda Leann Roysden/Roysdon, daughter of Abraham Calvin Roysden and Margaret Elizabeth Chambers.

They were the parents of the following Children: Margaret Reba Byrge Hoskins (38878220), George W. Byrge (#38878220), James Clarence (C.B.) Byrge, Ada Marie Byrge Dunn, Elmer C. Byrge, Ester Lorene Byrge Williams, Dallas Byrge Banks Nance (#23070070), Zelma Byrge Campbell, and Harold Byrge.

William Byrge, 87 of Middletown, Ohio died Monday, February 12 at a hospital in Ohio.

Survivors include his wife, Linda; three sons C.B. of Hazard, George of Knoxville, Tn., and Harold of Prebie Co., Ohio; five daughters Mrs. Ada Dunn of Hazard, Mrs. Reba Hoskins of California, Ester Williams, Mrs. Dallas Banks, and Mrs. Zelma Campbell, all of Middletown, Ohio; 39 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thurday, February 15 at 2 p.m. at the first Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Ernest Laham officcating.

Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery with the Maggard Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
