She was born Friday, August 24, 1934 in Lawrenceburg, IN, daughter of the late Albert and Ariel (Downey) Lewis.
She was a member of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her son, Steven (wife Cathy) Phiester; 2 daughters, Barbara (husband John) Brunner, Karen Ott; brother, Richard Lewis; sister, Theresa High; 6 grandchildren, Chris, Jaymie, Brittanna, Clarence Lonnie, Josh, and Kendra; and 7 great granchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband James.
Friends will be received Friday, November 13, 2009 from 12noon to 2pm at the Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Friday, November 13, 2009 at 2 pm with Pastor Amy Artis officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
