Born Oct. 1, 1973, in Alexandria, Va., she was the daughter of Ken and Deanne Blaylock, of Harpers Ferry.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Harpers Ferry Ward.
Jean was a makeup artist in the television industry. She was loved by everyone and will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Caroline Elizabeth Kramer; two sisters, Betsy Johnson and Pam Blaylock, both of Charles Town; two brothers, Ken Blaylock, of Burlington, Vt., and Eric Blaylock, of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; five nieces, Erica, Julie, Mary, Olivia and Lindsay; and four nephews, Erik, Taylor, Ken III and Adam.
She was preceded in death by one nephew, John David Volkmer.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 343 Carriage Drive, Harpers Ferry, with Bishop Gordon Harmon officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Shepherdstown.
