Missing in Action
Forrest McGrew has been reported "missing in action" somewhere in Belgium as of September 8th. 'Forry' has seen about as much of this man's army as anyone in Abingdon. He joined the Service in the Spring of 1941 as one of the first in this area. He spent two and a half years in training in this country and has been overseas for a year. In the last issue we published a letter from Forry written from France. It was plain to see that he was "right in there." All of us who know him are sure of one thing: If there's a fighting chance of coming out-Forry will make it!
