Daughters: Wendy Cook of Woodbury; Teresa Cook and Marlena Cook, both of McMinnville;
Parents: Ora and Jimmie Sue Cook of Tellico Plains;
Sisters: Ellari Davis of McMinnville; Melbaree Marcus of North Carolina; and Sandra Buckner of Englewood;
Brothers: Ronnie Cook of Tellico Plains; Ora Cook Jr. of McMinnville; and Max Cook of Tellico Plains;
Four grandchildren and sev eral nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m., Friday, at Old Eleazar Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Onley Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Eleazar Cemetery. Myers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
