BOSTWICK, Clinton R. – of Burton, age 89, died Monday, November 21, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Pastor Phil Owen and Rev. Patrick Stybert officiating. Burial will be with military honors.

Clinton was born December 3, 1921 in Hoxeyville, MI to the late Charles and Hazel (Brooks) Bostwick.
He resided in Burton the past 61 years.
He was a 1nd Lieutenant in the US Army during WW II as an Engineer.

Clinton married Susan Buben on June 20, 1944. She preceded him in death on December 2, 2009.

He was a carpenter for over 60 years most recently with Wm. H. Hall and Co. Mr. Bostwick was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and a life member of the Davison VFW Post #4087. He enjoyed being with his family,hunting, fishing and going up north.

Surviving are: children, Barbara, Bonnie, John, Daniel, David and Judy; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by: 3 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Melvin and Darwin.
