Mrs. Mable C. Haas, South Second street, died at 1:05 p.m. yesterday at St. John's hospital. She was 68 years old. She was the wife of Rudolph W. Haas of the Haas Electric & Manufacturing Co. Mrs. Haas had been in poor health for the last few years and entered the hospital last Friday for treatment of a fracture of the knee suffered in a fall June 8. She was born in Attica, Ind., but had resided in Springfield for many years. She was a member of Christ Episcopal church. Surviving are her husband and several nieces and nephews.
