The obsequies of Mrs. Eliza Frances Baylor, who departed this life at the home of Mr. Walter Sharp, No. 101 York Street, Saturday night, were held from the residence at 5:30 p.m. yesterday and were largely attended by a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends. The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. B.D. Tucker, of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery. Following were the pall-bearers: Messrs. W.C. Whittle, W.W. Chamberlaine, R.W. Tunstall, Norman Bell, R.C. Taylor and B.A. Marsden.
