She was born November 6, 1932, in Orem, a daugher of Charles Richard and Voncile Long PulsipherVoncile . She married Keith Reuben Casper, March 13, 1949, in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband of Provo; three sons and one daughter, Dana Keith Casper and Brent Richard Casper, both Orem; Terry Glen Casper, Mona, and Mrs. Paul (Debra Jean) Donaldson, LaVerne, California; 13 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Fred (Dixie) Westphal, Provo; Mrs. Marvin (Venita) Myrick, Kearns; Mrs. Ross (Anna Dee) Hinckley, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
