He was born on September 24, 1928, in Park City, Utah, the son of Reuben Glen and Erva Lenore Peay Casper.
He married Audrey Pulsipher Casper on March 13, 1949, in Elko, Nevada.
On May 4, 1964, their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She preceded him in death on April 21, 1992.
He is survived by his two sons and one daughter: Keith Dana (Billie) Casper, of Orem; Brent Richard (Wendy) Casper of Provo; Debra Jean (Paul) Donaldson of LaVerne, California; a special daughter-in-law: Kaylene Casper of Nephi, Utah; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, one sister: Arla Mae Cassper Brown, of Provo, Utah.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Terry Glen Casper and two brothers, Floyd Darwin Casper and Kenneth Glen Casper.
