Charles Ronald Rasmussen of Provo, Utah, passed away August 7, 1996, in Provo, of natural causes due to age. He was born April 22, 1916, in Fillmore, Utah, a son of Rasmus and Betty Iverson Rasmussen. He married Deon Moulton in 1946 and she preceded him in death in 1964. They had two children. He later married Melba Witney Mecham on October 18, 1973, in the Provo LDS Temple. Charles is survived by his wife, Melba; two children, Fern (Doug) Law of Layton, Utah; Nancy (Bart) Aagard of Levan, Utah; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Irene Horlacher of Las Vegas, Nevada; step-children: Dan (Sue) Mecham; Anne (Elvis) Tippets; and Rick (Ronette) Mecham. Burial was August 12, 1996
