The son of Theodorick Fitzgerald Webb (formerly Theodorick Fitzgerald) and his wife Sarah Huff, both of Franklin Co., Virginia.

He married 5 Feb 1827, Franklin Co., VA to Mahala F. Booth; surety Moses G. Carper. She was daughter of John Booth and Mary Williamson.

1831 - He witnessed a deed for his stepfather:
"Know all men by these presents that I JOEL WALKER of the County of Franklin and state of Virginia for and in Consideration for the natural love and Affection that I bear to my son GEORGE WALKER of said County and State as well as for the further consideration of one dollar to me in hand...
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 12 day of December in the year of our Lord 1831.

1855 Jun 23 - Creed T. Webb and John A. Smith were elected as first deacons of Fairmont Baptist Church.
1856 Jul 7 - Creed T. Webb and John A. Smith were ordained as deacons.
1857 Jul 4 - Creed T. Webb, John A. Smith, and Elijah B. Wade were elected delegates to the Strawberry Association.
1858-1860 - Creed was a clerk and treasurer of the church.
