Collin A. Dusza, age 17, of Michigan City, Indiana, died Friday September 30, 2011 at South Bend Memorial Hospital of a lengthy illness. Services will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home, on Friday October 7, 2011, at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Kevin Patterson of First Baptist Church Officiating. Visitation will also be held on October 7, 2011 at Carlisle Funeral Home from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Services will be followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery. Collin was born, in Michigan City, Indiana on March 16, 1994 to Marc Dusza and Valerie Fratgillo. Surviving him are his grandmothers – Carole Dusza and Jo Fratgillo, both of Michigan City, Indiana; his grandfather -Dean Orth, of LaPorte, Indiana; his brother - Darrin Dusza, sister - Rhiannon Dusza; and several special cousins and friends. Preceding him in death are, his grandfather - Eugene Dusza, of Michigan City, Indiana; and Uncles Matthew Dusza and Richard Fratgillo, of Michigan City, Indiana. Collin was a senior at Michigan City High School he enjoyed Wrestling, Nascar, Xbox 360, and his dog Lucy! He also enjoyed going to the zoo, rides through the beach, and the ABATE events!
