Anne's baby picture, taken with her mother, Elizabeth Daniels Martin, sometime early in 1847. The glass emulsion photo was so faded, I had to light it with a flashlight. Elizabeth's hair has been curled for the occasion in ringlets.

I clipped this from the background of Mary Stanbery's (Anne's m-i-l) grave photo, taken by Ruby Felix of Green Lawn. It's good enough to read the inscription.

Anne Martin as three-year-old, noted on back to have been taken "about 1849." The ambrotype photo (on glass) is so faded that I had to light it with a flashlight. Look carefully, and you can see that her hair has been curled in ringlets. Awww, cute!
