Rose Rathbun went to be with her Lord on Nov. 14, 2011. She was born to Jess and Ette Gant on September 22, 1931, the youngest of 9 children. She was a respected, longtime Realtor and also volunteered at Integris Baptist Medical Center. She enjoyed RV travels, bridge, games and fellowship with her friends. Rose was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. She lived joyously and lead by example to the end.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, her husband, Lester Sutton, and son, Larry Sutton.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Phil Rathbun; her daughters, Terry Washa, Leslie Denton-Mick and husband Michael, Debbie McCown and husband Blaine, and Barbie Coleman and husband Tom; brother, Bill Gant, 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Our family sincerely thanks Dr. Brian Geister and his staff for their hope and care during this journey.

Memorials may be made to Integris Cancer Institute of Oklahoma.

Services will be Thursday, Nov. 17, 11:00am at Putnam City Baptist Church with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
