He was born in Sumner, June 19, 1920, son of Kent and Grace Daily Cunningham.

He was a member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ; Masonic Lodge 334, Sumner; and VFW of Lawrenceville. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the United States Army. He was a general contractor.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Betty Cook Cunningham; his mother, Mrs. Grace Daily Cunningham of Sumner; three daughters, Mrs. Teresa Holt of Bridgeport and Jaclyne and
Barbara, both at home; a brother, Capt. S. D. Cunningham of Groton, Conn.

One daughter preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be from Cunningham-Nichols Funeral Home, Friday at 2 pm. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Cemetery.

Friends may call at Cunningham-Nichols after 4 p.m. today.
