Kay Lynn (Kenn) Garrett, 48, of Grapevine, Texas, formerly of Springville, Utah, died February 25, 1996, in a Ft. Worth, Texas, hospital. He was born May 31, 1947, in Payson, Utah, to Willis Fabin and Lula Davis Garrett.
He is survived by his mother of Springville; three sisters: Myrna (Richard) Eberle, Ogden, Utah; Betty (James) Wiley, Springville, Utah, Susan (James Jr.) Hale, Bowling Green, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews.
Burial was March 2, 1996.
