She married Charles Evans Ussery on May 1, 1870 in Hart County, Georgia.
Their known children were: Samuel, Johnny, Pink, Jehu and Floral Ussery.

He enlisted in July 1861 in Hartwell, GA and served with Company H of the 15th GA regiment. At the surrender in 1865, he was at home , having been badly wounded in the war. He died March 27, 1923 in Georgia. Proof of her own death on Feb. 19, 1928 is also included in the paperwork.
