OBITUARY;
Mrs. Sarah Lelah DuBose, 93 year old longtime South Plains resident, died Sunday night at Ralls Convalescent Home.
Funeral arrangements were pending Sunday night at Carter Funeral Home here.
Mrs. DuBose, who was born near Meridian, Miss., moved to the Ralls-Crosbyton area in 1927 from Aspermont.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. F. W. Collins, Crosbyton and Mrs. Jim Sales, Ralls; two sons, Abner DuBose, Freer and J. C. DuBose, Lubbock; a sister, Mrs. Eula Melton, Plainview, two brothers, Wallace Brown, Emhouse and Ed Brown, Athens; 17 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Appeared in the Lubbock Avalanche Journal Nov. 1964.
