William Felton (Felt)Clark was the son of Jesse Osborne & Ida Gaskins Clark. He married Alice Rebecca Miller on 19 November 1937 in Chocowinity, North Carolina. Felt was a musician and played with a band in and around the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years. Felt & Alice had four children.
He was also a master welder and worked for the same company for 30 years and retired just before his death.
