Gladys Clark Strasenburgh lived to be 96 years old and was still walking, sewing and reading until she passed away. She was a Catholic and a member of St. Agnes Church in Washington, North Carolina. She married Gordon R. Strasenburgh and they had two children, Jeane & Randy, and three grandchildren. She was a homemaker but during WW11 she contributed to the war effort by working in a sewing room making uniforms for our soldiers.
