John S. Facik of 103 Chester Road, Westvale, died Thursday at his home.
A native of Binghamton, he lived in Westvale 43 years. He retired in 1984, after 40 years as co-owner of Fay's Body Auto Garage in Solvay.
Mr. Facik was a World War II Army veteran and a communicant of St. Charles of Borromeo Church.
His wife, the former Mary Lukasiewicz, died in 1985.
Surviving are two daughters, Sharon Henderson of Baldwinsville and Carol Ascioti of Solvay; two brothers, Andrew and Stanley, both of Syracuse ; four sisters, Ann Etmanski, Lottie Sandquist, Genevieve Facik and Mary Demperio, all of Syracuse ; an aunt; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 8:15 a.m. Monday at John C. Tindall Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Charles of Borromeo Church. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 1921 W. Genesee St.
