Note on burial from Connie
Unfortunately, published obituaries stated Milburn's burial was going to take place in the St. Helena Cemetery, but that didn't happen. Any source likely used published obituaries as the location of his burial. At this point, this is only a cenotaph.
I contacted the manager at the St. Helena Cemetery and here's her response on January 10, 2023:
"There is no record of a burial anywhere. I checked all the old books, the cards and that is all I have to go by. Does not make sense that they would put in such a large piece of concrete over no one. Sorry, Carol"
