CHARLES RAUSCH DIES IN JENERA

EMPLOYE OF CO-OPERATIVE ELEVATOR IN VILLAGE HAD BEEN ILL FOR YEAR

Charles Rausch, and employe of the Jenera co-operative elevator, died at 5:15 o'clock Tuesday morning in his Jenera residence, following an illness of a year from a lung ailment. He was 55 years old.
The body was taken to the Brown funeral home in Jenera and will be returned this noon to his residence.
Mr. Rausch was born Sept. 15, 1884 in Eagle township, the son of Peter and Suzanna Rausch. He had lived his entire life in Hancock county. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Bormuth, whom he married in 1920 and by two step-children: Hilda Schlack and Genevieve Rausch, both of Jenera. There are three grandchildren.
William Rausch of New Stark, and George Rausch, of Orange township, are brothers.
Mr. Rausch was a member of Trinity Lutheran church in Jenera. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the church and Rev. John Gauss, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran cemetery.
