Beatrice Budd, age 96, of Beloit, formerly of Mount Hope, died on Friday morning Oct 21, 2011, at the Premier Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Home.
Beatrice was born on Sept. 9, 1915, in Patch Grove, the daughter of Alonzo and Loula (Hope) Millin. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Budd on May 19, 1935.
Beatrice is survived by her six children, Bette Brueing of Edina, Minn., Ellen Klein of Sheboygan, Judy (Russell) Palmer of Janesville, Jean Meador of Ardmore, Okla., Jacquelyn (Tom) Jones of Brookfield and Marcia (Roger)Hines of Soldiers Grove; 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren. Beatrice is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth on March 18, 1997; infant grandson, Gregory Finn; a sister and five brothers.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 on Monday Oct 24, 2011, at Mount Hope United Methodist Church in Mount Hope, with burial in the Hermitage Cemetery. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore assisted the family.
