Vivian Bernice Welsh, age 80, of Mt. Hope, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 1992, at the Good Samaritan Center in Fennimore. She was a bookkeeper for Peoples Telephone Co., retiring in 1976.

Vivian was the daughter of Alonzo and Loula (Hope) Millin. She was born 6 May, 1912 in Patch Grove, Wi.

She was married to Richard Harney, who preceded her in death. A second marriage to Frank Welsh took place in Lancaster, June 17, 1959. He died July 14, 1984. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Russell, Jay, Walter and Steven.

Vivian was a member of the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jane Terry of Sun Prairie; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Beatrice (Kenneth) Budd of Mt. Hope, and a brother Dale Millin of Madison.

Service were held at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church. Burial is in the Hermitage Cemetery.
