NOTE: On the Mary Catherine HASTY-Allen's "Death Certificate", it lists Mary's 'Birth Date' as February 4th (a calculated mistake?) Mary C. HASTY-Allen was born on Feb 5, 1859, but on her Headstone, it says that "Mary" was born on April 26, 1859, but I must go by her Death Certificate.
Need to know, who wrote out April 26th, on the Headstone Application.
