Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Francix Xavier Church, Sartell, for Michael L. Wojtanowitz, 81, formerly of 304 First Ave. N, Sartell, who died Tuesday at Hilltop Nursing Home, Watkins.
The Rev. Jerry Nordick will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. St. Monica's Christian Mothers of Sartell will pray at 7:30 tonight at the funeral home, followed by parish prayers at 8.
Mr. Wojtanowitz was born Aug 12, 1902, in Rice to the lae Frank and Ann Wojtanowitz. He married Alice Karash in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Royalton, Nov 6, 1939. He worked for Northern Pacific Railroad for 17 years and in the foundry at DeZurik's in Sartell until retiring in 1968. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church, Sartell.
Survivors include son, Richard, Sartell, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, five brothers and two sisters.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Grady, Kenneth Wojtanowicz, Wilfored Crusoe, James Bauer, Kenneth Pietrori and Richard Mihlbauer.
